You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What we delete
Your customer account and sign-in details
Your name, phone number and email address from our customer records
Saved delivery addresses
Messages you've sent us through the contact form
What we must keep
Order and invoice records
Kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting laws (such as GST rules).
Records needed for an open order, return, refund or dispute
Kept until it is resolved.
Fraud-prevention records
Minimal records kept where needed to prevent misuse.
How it works: we may contact you on the phone number or email you provide to verify the request. Once verified, we complete the deletion within 30days and confirm when it’s done. Deleting your data closes your account and cannot be undone.
