How Your Order Travels

You receive an email & WhatsApp confirmation immediately after placing your order.

Step 2

Packed with Care

Your piece is wrapped in tissue, sealed with our signature label, and placed in an eco box.

Step 3

Shipped

You receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is handed to our courier partner.

Step 4

Out for Delivery

Your courier will attempt delivery. Three attempts are made before the parcel is returned.
