Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹999 and above (after any discount) ship free.
- Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
- There is no additional fee for Cash on Delivery.
- The final shipping amount is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch & delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. Remote areas, public holidays, weather or courier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Order updates & tracking
We send order updates on WhatsApp and email. You can also check the status of your order any time on our Track Order page using your order number.
Payment options
You can pay with Cash on Delivery, or online via Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking or wallets. We never store your card details.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy.
