These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of styledbyanahita.com(the “website”) and any purchase you make from Styled by Anahita (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Your account
You can sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your delivery address.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. Many of our pieces are hand-embroidered or handwoven, so small variations in stitching, weave and colour are a natural part of the craft and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.
4. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we accept it and send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, the delivery address can’t be serviced, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount paid in such cases.
6. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and wallets). Online payments are subject to Razorpay’s terms. We do not store your card details.
7. Shipping
We ship within India only. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above (after discounts); otherwise a flat ₹99 applies. Delivery timelines are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
8. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
- Don't use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Don't attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation, or access it by automated means without our permission.
- Don't provide false information or impersonate anyone else.
10. Intellectual property
The website and its content — including text, product photographs, graphics and our logo — belong to Styled by Anahita or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
