By accessing or using the Styled by Anahita website (styledbyanahita.in), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours will be completely accurate. Slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to photographic and screen differences. In the case of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after payment has been received.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI (on orders above ₹3,000), and Cash on Delivery (for orders up to ₹5,000 in eligible pin codes). All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if a customer has a history of refusing deliveries.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including weather events, strikes, and logistics disruptions — may cause delays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. We are not responsible for products lost or stolen after delivery. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging. Custom orders, dupattas, accessories, and fabric by the metre are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you. Custom orders are made specifically for you based on your measurements and specifications. As such, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order value at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. By placing a custom order, you confirm that the measurements and specifications you have provided are accurate. Styled by Anahita is not responsible for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, the Styled by Anahita logo, brand name, and website design — is the intellectual property of Styled by Anahita and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Product images may not be used for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from Styled by Anahita.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.

You agree not to use our website or services to: • Place fraudulent orders or provide false personal information • Collect or harvest personal information about other users • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services • Use automated scripts to access our website without our permission • Resell our products commercially without authorization • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any user engaging in prohibited activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Styled by Anahita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
