👕 Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

⬜ Waist

Find your natural waist — the narrowest point, usually 2–3 inches above the belly button.

🍑 Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.

📏 Length

For dresses, measure from your highest shoulder point down to where you want the hem to fall.
