The Return Process

Get Approval

We review your request within 24 hours and send a return approval with the courier pickup details.

Pack Carefully

Re-pack the item in its original packaging with the invoice. Seal it well — we can't accept damaged returns.

Courier Pickup

Our courier partner picks up from your address. We cover return shipping for defective items.

Quality Check

Once received, our team inspects the item within 2 business days.

Refund / Credit

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
